Former Attorney General Eric Holder predicted Friday that Donald Trump as well as other top officials from the former president's administration will be indicted by the U.S. government over the events of January 6, 2021, and their efforts to change the 2020 election results.

At which point Trump should demand his right to a speedy trial, (ROST). 30 days for the DOJ to turn over all evidence and Brady materials. That puts the DOJ on the spot because, as with Sussmann, late “evidence” must be excluded from the trial due to the lack of time for the defense to evaluate it. Make them hold the trial within 60 days of indictment.
I have no doubts that Trump’s team would be ready with a demand that he tried in Florida, (his home), and if denied he can immediately appeal the refusal of a change of venue all the way up to the USSC. He has the right to a “FAIR” trial and that means an unbiased jury pool, which is impossible in DC, (the Sussmann trial proved that).
I can’t think of any charges that would get past a motion to dismiss by an unbiased judge, but, if denied, he has the appeals court and USSC to take it to.
Trump is not trying to change the results. He is exposing the criminal fraud that put Slo Joe in the White House. Joe is not the only beneficiary of the fraud either.
If the demoncrats are looking to start a civil war, this otter do it.
It might be flimsy but they can try Trump and his top administration officials in D.C. court.
The Supreme Court should be aggressive in preventing Trump from being a political martyr but they may be hesitant to intervene.
Holder should be in Gitmo.
They are desperate to take Trump out before 2024, and perhaps before the 2022 elections.

Of course he retracted his remarks when the consequences were explained to him. Harvey Silverglate’s book, Three Felonies a Day” explains how anyone can be indicted. If they can’t indict the Conservative nominees they will declare martial law because of massive civil disturbances. The Federal Government is filled with crooks and sexual perverts. Whenever people ask my opinion on the 2020 Presidential Election I point out several facts.
1. The Constitution/Legal process was followed on Jan 6-7 and Biden/Harris were lawfully declared the winners on January 7th for the terms expiring Jan 20, 2025 at 12 noon. Until then the Presidential Succession law/regulations are the final answer on this question. It’s over.
2. I’d like to see some studies on the samples of the details on the lists of authenticated ballots & registered voters for the precincts in the closest States like Georgia, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Nevada, and Wisconsin. What’s important in ascertaining the results is being able to properly estimate how much fraud there actually was. My personal opinion is that it wasn’t enough to be material in changing the outcome. However, I think that it should be the truth, not the opinions of me or anyone else, that prevails on this.
I propose Trump charge the Dems with RICO violations and have all their players arrested.
