Former Trump advisor Peter Navarro was indicted by a federal grand jury Friday for contempt of Congress for failing to comply with a subpoena from the Jan. 6 committee and says he was put in handcuffs and leg irons as he was arrested ahead of his first court date.
Navarro has been charged with two counts of contempt, one for failing to appear for a deposition before the committee and one for failing to produce documents. The former Trump trade adviser was approached by an FBI agent while trying to board a flight to Nashville for a TV appearance ahead of his court appearance in Washington, D.C. Friday afternoon for the charges.
Navarro told the court the FBI agent approached him and told him he could not contact anyone as he arrested Navarro.

I don’t know why Navarro is so focused on impeachment. It’s just a big show and nothing ever results from it. Biden, et al., should be tried for actual crimes.

We told PDJT to “lock her up”. Instead, he gave her a pass, and he never will be aFforded the same thing. I understand that he wouldn’t have been successful considering his abysmal AGs, but he didn’t even try.

Even if the FBI were defunded, that would be a drop in the bucket. All the Acronym Agencies are corrupt. There is no hope unless God is merciful toward us.

Leaving aside whether the charges are justified or not, is he being treated any better or any worse than any other person being arrested? If not, cry me a river.
Since both were under investigation for criminal charges it wouldn't surprise me at all that they were.
After seeing this, and the people thrown into solitary without a trial, it should be obvious that the USA is currently a fascist dictatorship. It is currently no better than a banana republic run by corrupt criminals.

It’ll never happen, Americans are fundamentally lazy. As long as we are entertained, well fed and comfortable, we will never change. Change means an uprooting, discomfort and chaos. Folks don’t have the stomach for it. The best we will do is moan and whine and occasionally post a vicious statement or a savage meme.
