The Biden administration is reportedly planning to sell armed drones that can carry Hellfire missiles to Ukraine, Reuters reported on Wednesday.
The U.S. is looking to sell four MQ-1C Gray Eagle drones made by General Atomics, sources told the outlet. The drones can be armed with Hellfire missiles.
The administration plans to notify Congress of the sale in the coming days and make a public announcement afterward.

I’m sure the ‘highly advanced’ fifty year old T-72 tanks can easily stop a Hellfire missile.
This will lead to an unpredictable escalation in the war, because these drones can be remotely piloted in the USA or western Europe.
There would be no plausible deniability that they aren’t.
This would be a direct attack by USA military on Russian forces.
Why is this overt action not an act of war?
Those drones can be piloted from ANYWHERE in the world. Plausible Deniability quickly goes out the window.

A reasonable person would ask why is biden so fixated on Ukraine? he’s giving them billions of our money. He’s giving them weapons. What does he owe them for? What do they have on him that they will release if he doesn’t cough up our money?
Ukraine is a criminal operation period. The people need to throw out the gov.

Well, the Russians are free to call it that, but they would not be able to respond to it in any meaningful way, so they would just embarrass themselves even more on the world stage if they did.

That’s why the Pentagon will veto it.
This is America’s most advanced tech. No way will the Pentagon allow it into the hands of Ukraine and no way will the US escalate at this level.
There's no way the Russians could prove that, and even if they did, going after US or NATO assets would be suicide for Russian forces in Ukraine and the Black Sea.
These things are no joke. Are we bundling the hellfire missiles? Are we going to operate them for the Ukes?
