The fact that you don’t give a damn is, of course, irrelevant as to whether or not Russian success is or is not our interest. You still haven’t answered the question, so I would assume that means Americans have no interest in the outcome of a major land war in Europe. Just like in 1914 and 1939 I presume.
If the US made it plain it was in defense of Ukraine's territorial integrity and not aimed at the Russian state they would have to suck it up. Putin is not a Buddhist monk who is going to incinerate himself and his country in protest.
They’ll be swatted from the sky easily from S300s and 400s inside Russia. Medium altitude and easy to see, no crews on board no no reason to tolerate them overhead, and we are sending four so far.
They’ll just shoot em down. For extra fun they should declare a no fly zone and maybe some neocons will pop a critical vessel.
The drones will be shot down right away. We claim they are Ukrainian, and they have no crews so no NATO risk. They are dogmeat never intended for anything but a place where we have total air supremacy.

In your mind, because you do not intend to roll tanks into Moscow (I think). But in their mind, a direct attack on Russian forces inside their borders is threatening their existence and they will nuke us. You cannot take them down without striking SAM sites inside Russia and attacking Sevastopol. Those are both Russian turf even if neocons play cutesy games and claim Ukraine owns Crimea and gave permission to hit it.

You also just simply the beg the question: no one has to respect Putin's fanciful territorial claims. Sebastopol is recognized as Ukrainian territory by everyone except Russia.

That’s not convincing.If we’re being honest nobody knows the Russian goals or what they would settle for. The closest thing we have is Putin’s offer from back around 3/1 - no nato, acknowledge Crimea, recognize Donbass...and even then we don;t know if it was serious or if it is still on the table. I’m inclined to believe the land bridge to crimea but have doubts if they would expend the lives necessary to take the Mykolaiv and Odessa states.....(i think the statement about TN was just to fool the ukes into moving troops to a useless location)
but Yes, the only way to force the fighting to stop is to cut off Z’s weapon supply to force him to negotiate. The US can always restart that supply if the Rus won’t negotiate.I’d support any land distribution that both sides agree to just to get the fighting stopped.

Don’t forget that Israel has controlled Judea,Samaria and Golan Heights since 1967 and will never relinquish that nor should they. the ukes have already lost some land they will never regain. I just hope the loss of lives can be minimized.
If I was fighting a war, and someone else started arming my enemy, they would be my enemy too. I would bomb them. Just saying.

Not true at all. Ukraine has been kicking ass with the Turkish Bayraktar TB2. They’ve been managing to bypass the Russian air defense.
Those are very low flying. Getting up to the right altitude for this airframe is gonna get em blasted outta the sky. Just watch.
