Bill Barr after Sussmann acquittal: Durham ‘did an exceptionally able job’

Former Attorney General William Barr defended special counsel John Durham after a federal jury acquitted prominent Democratic attorney Michael Sussmann, saying that despite the failure of his flagship prosecution, Durham “did an exceptionally able job.”

Fox News host Jesse Watters asked Barr in an interview on Wednesday if he was disappointed in Durham or if he felt “any way responsible for how this Durham situation’s unfolding,” as he appointed the special prosecutor.

Bill Barr didn’t a horrible job with Spy Gate and the Russia collusion hoax.

I hope Durham doesn’t quit and does it again next time. People know Sussmann was OJ’d, but the info is still out there, officially, in court.

The prosecutions for conspiracy haven’t even started. There’s a long way to go; and those prosecutions will be in venues much more favorable to Durham’s team.

I doubt Durham has any positive feelings about Barr.

You can’t win in a kangaroo court. Ask anyone who ever lived under communism. This court was stacked six ways to Sunday. But even with Comrade judge throwing out a lot of the evidence, there was still more than enough to convict. The judge allowed a jury that were looking for any excuse to acquit from the very beginning and that’s what they did. There’s always partisans that can slip through on to a jury but this judge seemed like he condoned it. Totally unfair to the prosecution.

So give us a break about being losers when they had to rig the whole thing to get the little bastard acquitted.

Actually, I agree with this - especially with what the testimony further cemented to be true.

But when you have a jury making a decision as to whether someone is guilty of a crime based on political considerations, as they have now openly admitted, there was no winning. “there are more important things in the country going on” as the basis/standard for whether or not someone is guilty of a crime there is no winning.

“Pick a lane you land yacht.”

Oh, Barr is picking his lane for sure. He’s so flattering and pro-Durham sounding, one might think Barr feels he’s in criminal jeopardy himsel.

Bill, did you turn a blind eye to coordinated massive election theft in 2020!

Did you?!?!

Clinesmith was another Durham case.

But yeah, this is another whitewash by investigation. Not that the evidence is really a whitewash, it’ll be spun as such on account of no conviction, or in Clinesmith’s case, conviction but piddly penalty. The public will be told that Durham’s activity exonerated the FBI, et al.

Even if Durham was interested, the system has six ways to Sunday to protect its own malfeasance while pretending to be honorable. Durham might as well play along and get his paychecks. Part of our WWF banana republic government.

Barr and Durham were the Frick and Frack of Team Coverup, meant to protect the deep state bad actors while pretending to investigate it.
