He looked absolutely terrible, sounded lost and confused the entire speech and it seems so forced in disingenuous. To me, what was really telling, was despite the fact that it was maybe a 5 to 7 minute speech even some of the leftist news organizations wouldn’t post the entire thing on their Twitter pages and cherry picked a few lines to get it down to about a minute and a half.
