Actually much of the military vehicles and etc. can be sold through the Civilian Marksmanship Program or auctioned off as surplus.
If departments want to buy this stuff at fair market prices and then use their own funds to recondition it then so be it. But no more free goodies from the military to be used to outfit the gear queers and the tacticool fetishists.

I don’t know how the use of forces policies that I am under can be any more restrictive. I have never in my career had to use force and hope to never have to, but I know Agents who legally used force on Antifa and the Federal Government considered not protecting them from lawsuits.
