Those who contract the virus will now have to self-isolate for three weeks, Belgian health authorities have said, after three cases were recorded in the country.

The infections, the first of which was recorded on Friday, are all linked to a festival in the port city of Antwerp.

It reads like they are only quarantining those who are symptomatic and test positive.

This is the "right" way to do it.

The "wrong" way would be how they did Covid - demand quarantine when testing postive and NOT symptomatic, especially when using tests with a relatively high rate of false positives.

Are they forcing testing? If you don’t get tested how do they know you have it?

I agree. Quarantine and care for the ill until they recover. Let the hale and healthy go about their business to keep lights on and enjoy living.

Article doesn’t say specifically, but I get the impression they are not. It’s testing folks at clinics, which I’m presuming are showing up because they have symptoms.

Reading "The Plague" by Albert Camus (1948) - a likewise common-sense approach to a possible "pandemic".

Strange…I read that CDC says this pox is related to sexual activity.

“...are all linked to a festival...”

So gay male ‘festival’ kind of stuff? Oh, sorry! That’s gay-ist or racist or sexist or MEAN or something now, isn’t it? We’re not allowed to point fingers at those spreading the pox in the FIRST place and protect ourselves from them!

Just "coincidentally", back in March, the Nuclear Threat Initiative Group held a table top exercise of a monkey pox virus that would arrive on May 15,2022. Who funds the Nuclear Threat Initiative Group ? You guessed it, Bill Gates

The governments and medical communities don’t realize it—but the hidden message is:

Don’t get tested—ever—for anything.

Government demanded quarantine for uninfected people and shut down “unessential businesses,” for which there is no legal support for such a term. Additionally, Walmart was considered “essential,” so it stayed open.

That’s right. Another useless approach.

For a shutdown to work, you’d have to TRULY shutdown. That means EVERYTHING.

Given that you could not do that, and, also given the contagious nature, if you can’t shut down all, there’s no point in shutting down AT all.

In fact, you’d only increase the risk of contagion by forcing people to concentrate into a smaller number of stores.
