Not my area, but a stroke is a blood flow problem in the brain. It is not fixed with a pacemaker. This guy has multiple things going on. Not good. But I imagine it would all be a lot worse if he weren’t vaccinated. ;)

The a-fib causes blood clots to form in the heart. That clot is then thrown to cause the stroke. The pacemaker would stabilize the heartbeat to stop the clots.
Defibrillator huh? Those are implanted for patients with either history of or high risk of ventricular tachycardia or ventricular fibrillation caused by cardiomyopathy. A very low ejection fraction must have been detected on his echocardiogram.
If Oz is the Republican nominee, I will vote for Frankenstein in the general election. When Fetterman wins in November, perhaps he will croak in office and then Mastriano can select the replacement and appoint a true conservative.
Me and my family will NEVER, ever support the greasy, slimy, oily, carpetbagger RINO Oz. He should go run for senate in New Jersey or Turkey.

He had a lengthy atrial fibrillation episode that led to formation of a clot which detached and resettled in his brain.
The first time I looked at a picture of him, I thought he looked like an unhealthy person. It was some glowing puff piece promoting the Democrat of the common man. The non-politician perfect candidate because he is a Democrat.
