The provisional results of evidence being collected about the work of U.S. bioweapons in Ukraine are simply astonishing. These are the main takeaways.
1. U.S. bioweapon ideologues comprise the leadership of the Democratic Party. By linking with non-governmental biotechnology organizations, using the investment funds of the Clintons, Rockefellers, Soros and Biden, they profited from additional campaign financing – all duly concealed. In parallel, they assembled the legislative basis for financing the bioweapons program directly from the federal budget.
2. COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers Pfizer and Moderna, as well as Merck and Gilead – of Donald “known unknowns” fame, and affiliated with the Pentagon – were directly involved.
3. U.S. specialists tested new drugs in the Ukraine biolabs in circumvention of international safety standards. According to Kirillov, acting this way “Western companies seriously reduce the costs of research programs and gain significant competitive advantages.”
4. According to Kirillov, “along with U.S. pharmaceutical companies and Pentagon contractors, Ukrainian government agencies are involved in military biotechnology activities, whose main tasks are to conceal illegal activities, conduct field and clinical trials and provide the necessary biomaterial.”
5. The Pentagon, Kirillov pointed out, expanded its research potential not only in terms of producing biological weapons, but also gathering information on antibiotic resistance and the presence of antibodies to certain diseases among the population in specific regions. The testing ground in Ukraine was practically outside the control of the so-called “international community”.
These findings, amply documented, suggest a vast “legitimized” bioweapon racket reaching the highest levels of the American body politic. There’s no doubt the Russians plan to thoroughly unmask it for the benefit of world public opinion, starting with a War Crimes Tribunal to be set up this summer, most probably in Donetsk.
An ongoing U.S. bioweapons program in Ukraine was one of the Top Three reasons that led to the launch of Operation Z, side by side with preventing an imminent NATO-managed blitzkrieg against Donbass and Kiev’s desire to re-start a nuclear weapons program. These are Top Three red lines for Russia.
Much of the 20th century was dominated by nuclear weapons — the genie was out of the bottle and it seemed possible that humanity could destroy itself.
Now we’re in the 21st century. This time it’s bioweapons. and it seems possible that humanity could destroy itself. And, oh by the way, the nuclear weapons didn’t disappear. They are still here too.

This is a huge, scandalous story, but it’s likely to get little or no traction in the U.S. media. American pharmaceutical companies were testing their concoctions on unwitting residents at a Ukrainian mental hospital.
Whatever Russia accuses the U.S. of, they are almost certainly doing themselves.

Perhaps the vax is to prevent death among sheeple from the next US made bioweapon, rather than from “covid”. I’m sure they’d rather rule over the sheeple than fight the freedom loving.

The State Department’s Global Engagement Center (GEC) has identified several outlets that publish or republish work by Escobar as being used by Russia for propaganda and disinformation.[31][32] In 2020, the GEC stated that both the Strategic Culture Foundation (SCF) and Global Research, two online journals where Escobar’s work has appeared, acted as pro-Russian propaganda sites.[33] According to the GEC, “Pepe Escobar began writing articles for Global Research in 2005 and ten years later became an SCF author.[31]
Escobar has also been a commentator for RT and Sputnik News; both outlets were highlighted in a 2022 GEC report as members of “Russia’s disinformation and propaganda ecosystem.”[32] Ukrainian journalist Volodymyr Yermolenko describes Escobar as an example of “anti-Western intellectuals” hosted by RT, adding that Escobar suggests “dividing Ukraine between Poland and Russia.”[34]
In 2012, Jesse Zwick at The New Republic asked Escobar why he was willing to work with RT; Escobar replied, “I knew the Kremlin involvement, but I said, why not use it? After a few months, I was very impressed by the American audience. There are dozens of thousands of viewers. A very simple story can get 20,000 hits on YouTube. The feedback was huge.”[35]
On February 25, 2022, the Spanish newspaper ABC criticized Escobar’s Sputnik comments concerning Ukraine and other topics, calling them “los habituales de la desinformación rusa: imperialismo ‘yanqui’, excesos de la OTAN, victimismo ruso” (tr. “the usual ones of Russian disinformation: ‘Yankee’ imperialism, NATO excesses, Russian victimization.”)[36]
Other outlets that have published his work include Al Jazeera (2011 – 2013),[37][38] Common Dreams (2009 – 2015),[39] HuffPost (2011 – 2017),[40] Mother Jones (2009 – 2015),[41] Salon.com (2010 –2015),[42] The Nation (2009 – 2015),[43] and Brasil 247 [pt][44] Russia Insider (2015 –2020),[45]The Unz Review and Strategic Culture Foundation have republished many of Escobar’s articles written for other publications.[46][47]
And who was Pepe writing for? The SCF (Strategic Culture Foundation), which is a Russian think tank, highly regarded as being in the control of Russian state interests.
