Mexican authorities found the body of an Angolan migrant child who went missing on May 2 during an illegal border crossing near the Del Rio International Bridge. The young boy disappeared after being swept away along with his brother. The parents survived the crossing.
Del Rio Station Border Patrol agents encountered an Angolan couple who illegally crossed the border from Mexico into Texas. The husband and wife informed the agents that their two boys, ages seven and nine, were swept away in the strong currents of the Rio Grande, according to information obtained from Del Rio Sector Border Patrol officials.

I have always wondered about people who have the means to get all the way to the Americas from the other side of the world, but have to sneak across the Mexican border. There are legal ways to get to the United States. This family found out the hard way which way they should have gone.

Just think, the boys probably were afraid to cross the river, and their parents had to encourage them with promises of a new life in the U.S.

The Border Patrol has gone from being told to ignore the millions illegally pouring over the border to being expected to guarantee their safety. The Democrats want America to look like San Francisco and they may succeed. Are leaving we willing to allow that to happen?

It’s all these banks that offer “micro loans” in Third World countries. They were originally sold to people as, “Oh, if you just loan a poor Nicaraguan woman enough money for a sewing machine, she can start her own business”. In reality it’s used for people to pay the costs for illegally entering the United States. Then they have to pay the loan back, and if they don’t then typically their family’s home gets taken. It incentivizes them to get in no matter the cost.
Why are the parents not in jail for child abuse/endangerment? A rhetorical question.
