I don’t believe as many red states will outright ban abortion as left-wing pundits, politicians, and activists suggest. More likely, a handful will enact blanket bans; a majority will permit abortion to some limited extent; and most, if not all, true-blue states will make abortion so permissible that Ralph Northam style post-birth murder will be state sanctioned and applauded.
National abortion-promoting organizations that have the support of millions and billions of Benjamins, will divert those funds and their efforts to providing round-trip transportation to abortion states for women residing in anti-abortion states. Expect a cottage industry of abortion tourism to flourish. The basic no-frills package will include round-trip transportation to an abortion state of your choosing, a three-day stay at a hotel including food and cab fare, and the abortion itself.
Free upgrades might include your choice of mental health counseling, job counseling, or relocation counseling. Extending your stay to accommodate those upgrades will likely be included, at least for a limited time. Imagine choosing among spa packages, and those that include makeovers at the hippest salon, shopping sprees, and maybe even a Broadway show to help abortion travelers destress. Let’s not forget a little CBD chocolate wafer on your hotel pillow each night.
States like California will be able to kill two birds with one stone: encourage abortion seekers to relocate out of red states to make up for the obscene numbers of Californians who have left along with their tax dollars, while providing and promoting the culture of death it seems to love.
Advertising campaigns will attract pro-abortion individuals, especially young women, to states where they can enjoy all the abortion freedom a state like California has to offer, including abortion on demand up to and including after birth, in fully-funded state-run facilities -- no questions asked

My son’s inlaws are extreme liberal snowbirds who split their time between Michigan and Florida. We saw them over the weekend and I resisted the temptation to ask why they go to Florida instead of California, because I got enough of the bloviated earfuls from them as it was.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they set up a non-profit where rides are arranged to take people to other states.

This is how America was founded and the Constitution was meant to work. The State Assemblies had ultimate power relative to Fed.gov
It worked beautifully. In most cases, common sense policies were naturally adopted across the union. A common morality and national ethos naturally spread and united the people.
Then progressivism, forced political social-engineering, and fascist-style centralized power of government (and crony business) highly corrupted this and created extremes.
Thus, unity on abortion is impossible today - so the only solution for now is to let states decide. I imagine that after a while a more rational, organic and sensible morality will again spread throughout the nation.
Not quite the same issue as slavery. No slave state is going to insist on getting its slaves back. Well maybe California, eventually.

Parts of it do sound absurd, but California’s idiot-in-chief Gavin Newsom is hyping the state as exactly the “abortion Disneyland” that the article envisions. He’s talking about free abortions for out-of-state aborters, paying their travel expenses, etc. Hell, maybe Newsom can even cut a deal with Disney to set up an abortion clinic on site at Disneyland and throw a two-day pass to the “Happiest Place on Earth.”

If abortion will still exist if/when Rowe is struck down — and it will — this is a good thing. Even more impetus for self-secession. It started with WuFlu with decent intelligent people flocking to free red states, and the stupid losers going to vax/mask meccas. If there’s a distinct divide among states regarding abortion, more decent decent people will congregate to red states.
Five years from now it’ll be interesting to see a map of the US showing the breakdown of red v. blue.

Rich leftists will pay for the travel to these states. So the women will not lose their ability to abort their babies. The insane hysteria of the past few days really isn’t needed.

In the end politicians will have to actually vote on something.
Those protests shouldn’t be at the SCOTUS. They should be at the state houses. There is zero chance a bill gets through Congress. So this all goes back to the Statehouses. The folks at the states aren’t going to be prepared for this in many places.
