Supporters of Roe v. Wade are spreading fears that Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito’s draft decision overturning the landmark abortion case would mean that other Court precedents, including interracial marriage, could also be canceled.

I imagine it can be found (by implication) in the ‘equal protection of the laws’ in the 14th Amendment. I think that was the reasoning behind allowing/requiring gay ‘marriage’. I can’t see how Roe fits in that mold. States haven’t prohibited abortion by race, religion, national background, etc. or even sex for that matter. Men are equally prohibited from getting an abortion.
