A RUSSIAN TV programme showed a simulation of a nuclear strike on the UK, as tensions over an atomic war grew.
Moscow has repeatedly warned about the dire consequences Western countries could face if they continue to supply arms to Ukraine.
On Thursdays edition of Channel One's 60 Minutes programme, the chairman of the nationalist Rodina party, Aleksey Zhuravlyov, suggested Russia could launch a Sarmat missile attack on the UK.
Producers then cut to a map of Kaliningrad and seemed to suggest that missiles could be launched from the Russian enclave between Poland, Lithuania and the Baltic Sea.
The implication was that the nuclear weapons could reach Berlin in 106 seconds, Paris in 200 seconds and London in 202 seconds.

I won’t be surprised if Patrushev executes a coup and declares himself the new ruler of Russia and Putin is wheeled from the operating room to the mortuary.
Do you work with nukes? I don’t think so. Most people who don’t have no concept of what they are talking about.
[The West has a whole lot more to lose. This is stupid talk.
Dig you nuke sheller deep cause the Central US will be hit by the first volley.....]
We never saw anything like that from the reliable resources. These statements are myths.
“If Putin is showing signs of that amount of insanity you can bet he’s not waking up from this upcoming surgery.”
It’s the anesthesia that’s going to do him in. You know: Complications with his reaction to it. Ooops.
Hey Vlad.
Between you, me and NoLibZone, it’s not a good idea to go lighting off nuclear weapons.
Not healthy for you, me or NoLibZone.
Have your doctor give you a chill pill.
Thanks, we will talk in the morning.

“Producers then cut to a map of Kaliningrad and seemed to suggest that missiles could be launched from the Russian enclave..”
Not if it’s leveled before the launch.😎
“May be propaganda but a dying crazy dictator, if cancer rumors are true, could care less about the world he leaves behind.”
But most Russians do.
“Who’s to say his replacement won’t be worse? Some of those mentioned as replacements are more hardline than Putin.”
But, really, it would not be up to him in the final event. The guy who actually has his finger on the button has the final say, regardless who gives the order to launch.
Risky, in any event.

Tell me how Putin is the good guy in this scenario?
And that doesnt mean I think that makes Biden or Zelensky the good guys either.
They all need to go before they make their self-created clusterph##k go radioactive.
I am not sure we even have 2000 nukes anymore.
The Russians know full well that a nuclear attack on NATO capitals will quickly escalate to a full-scale exchange, and whatever is left of their country after that will be China’s new northwestern provinces. This is bluffing, trying to see which Western nation they can intimidate into dropping support for Ukraine first. Interesting that they think the most likely candidates are in Western Europe, not the US.
Have you seen this simulation of what an actual EAS alert and strike would look like? If not, everyone, please watch. It gave me the creeps.

Is this what’s called “disinformation”?
The UK always has at least one Vanguard SSBN on patrol, with 16 Trident D5s. Over a hundred 475 kt warheads. And the captain has a sealed letter from the Prime Minister with his orders in case the PM is killed in a nuclear attack.
Perhaps he will be greeted by Hugo Chavez and remember “old times”?
These simulated Nuclear scenarios have been on Youtube for years.
All anyone needs to do it go look.
I am not sure we even have 2000 nukes anymore.
Russia probably has more because they cheat on every treaty they sign.
“Who’s to say his replacement won’t be worse?”
The shallow thinkers can’t think that deeply.
