Harris prescribed COVID-19 antiviral pill after testing positive

Vice President Kamala Harris has been prescribed and has taken Paxlovid, an antiviral pill used to treat COVID-19.

Harris’s press secretary Kirsten Allen tweeted the announcement about the vice president’s treatment on Tuesday. It came just hours after it was announced that Harris, who is fully vaccinated and boosted, tested positive for COVID-19.

Its great that Kamala is a willing guinea pig for pavlovid. I would have stuck with HCQ and/or Ivermectin. No side effects if taken within first 48 hours of symptoms onset.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis ripped the Biden administration’s decision to take control of the distribution of monoclonal antibody treatments for COVID-19 — replacing the system under which several Republican states, including his, took up most of the supply.

The US Department of Health and Human Services announced Monday that it has “transitioned from a direct ordering process to a state/territory-coordinated distribution system,” saying the change will provide “health departments maximum flexibility to get these critical drugs where they are needed most.”

Seven Southern states — including Florida — took up 70 percent of the orders of monoclonal antibodies in early September, according to Politico. As a result, the Biden administration reallocated some 158,000 doses this week.

The immune system is a complicated thing. I have some abnormal cytokine results and Drs are clueless. I just have to laugh. Biochemists can develop the tests but the Drs cant put he pieces of the puzzle together.

Do you have any idea on how to help make the antibody to clear the virus?

I think there is going to be a challenge clearing the virus. It is infecting a wide range of organs and residing inside cells where antibodies are ineffective. Many cells will become senescent and de-differentiated due the spike protein action on BRAC1/BRAC2/P53 dsDNA repair mechanisms. Some of those cells can be scavenged with senolytics e.g. quercetin/fisetin.

The mRNA used in the vaxx contains optimized codons using pseudo-uridine. The problem with using pseudo-uridine is the "stop codon" at the end of the protein sequence is skipped and additional amino acids get appended to the intended protein. The errant protein is prone to misfolding and becoming a "prion". That is a probable cause of observed Lewy Bodies as precursors to Alzheimer's or CJD.

There is still a lot research to fully characterize the disease processes and mitigations.
