Prices have gone up so much, the middle class can’t afford it.
I say put the pain on Disney.
Make them bleed money out of every orifice. In gushing volumes

I will vote for DeSantis before Trump next general election. Trump has too much baggage that the MSM will hit on 24/7. I’m sure they are already looking for some ancient scandal on DeSantis. Still, he’s my favorite at the moment.

I understand you're reasoning but don't agree with it. IF Santis is the nominee the press is going to go all out to make up crap about him...probably WORSE than Trump because DeSantis actually knows how government works.

I have never liked setting up special corporate reservations.

For any corp.

Make them follow the same law as the regular citizens. And yes, I know that ends any PMC’s.

The state would not be punishing them for political speech. Nobody noticed the great perks that were given 50 years ago. It’s past time for them to be exempt from the laws that govern the whole rest of the country. They called the attention to themselves and now they are going to have to deal with it. They can easily minimize any effects by raising their prices or reducing their other expenses. It is not the responsibility of the state to help Disney be profitable. Also what about the people living all around them who pay taxes on properties to support Disney not paying taxes on property?

Not sure that is a dynasty exactly, and I’m pretty sure that isn’t mentioned in the Constitution. Is his engagement to Kim Guilfoyle a positive or a negative in your eyes? What personnel decisions did he make that are so terrible that he should be disavowed?

Reagan chose Bush. Nixon chose Ford. Pretty bad decisions in hindsight but I argued with people who claimed they were the “smart” choice.

No one honors Trump more than I. Warts and all he was the man we needed at the time. I don’t want him to run. Not only the baggage, but we don’t need to elect 78 year olds when we can elect a younger person and hopefully lock in 8 years instead of 4. The rats are the ones with the geriatric bench and young people like Buttigieg and Harris who are palpably just plain I’m exiles. We have the bench, let’s put them into the game. I’m fully on board with DeSantis. As to this article, I think they should give it to Disney right in the neck. Abolish the special district. Until woke corporations bear a heavy price, they won’t get back in their box and stop being leftist activists.

Disney world was an example of how a private company could do things better than Government does. With no taxpayer money it runs all the services we normally have Government run and does it better . I am as disgusted with the Groomers and Pedos running Disney as anyone else here but why shut down what was good about Disney World to punish them for their sick behavior?

I never said anything about unconstitutional, and Guilfoyle is an absolute negative. By personnel, I was just harping on her.
I seriously don’t trust his sister and her husband hanging around.

Our country has 340 million people. There’s more than Clintons, Bushes, Kennedys, and Trumps in this country.

Leverage and to let Disney know they don't set state policy.

Since Nazi’s were a private organization? Disney World was the Libertarian example of how many of Government services could be run privately and run better. Florida is about to kill the one good thing Disney still has going for it.

Maybe some broad-nose lesbian can go on TikTok and rail against the Governor as she did against the anti-groomer law. Her dumb ass face was so proud that she was queering up everything Disney. Disney worships two things, Molech and Money, and Money gets more reverence. I suspect Lashequa Shinana will be looking for work when the stock prices and park attendance drops.

It is improper to give one of say twenty amusement operators (or a store of a major retail chain) a special tax or fee deal.

I’ve have felt like suing to make my property the City of Lake Buena Vista II in the past.

The issue has been burning for years, but Disney has turned simmering embers into an inferno of Florida taxpayer rage.

There are minority communities that could use additional funding from a corporation that now charges so much that it would be foolish not to make it pay the same tax rates as other Florida businesses.
