Warner Bros. removes gay dialogue from movie per China’s 'request’: Hollywood is a vast, virtue signaling, repository of frauds and hypocrites.

The entertainment industry, particularly as represented by Hollywood, is a vast, virtue signaling, repository of frauds and hypocrites.

In yet another recent example of this, Warner Bros. admitted to cutting scenes with gay dialogue out of its latest "Fantastic Beasts" movie in order to appease Chinese censors. The company released a statement to News.com.au confirming that it complied with the CCP’s censorship request. It read:

As a studio, we’re committed to safeguarding the integrity of every film we release, and that extends to circumstances that necessitate making nuanced cuts in order to respond sensitively to a variety of in-market factors. Our hope is to release our features worldwide as released by their creators but historically we have faced small edits made in local markets.

WB is “Committed to safeguarding the film’s integrity?” But circumstances may “necessitate making nuanced cuts?” To “sensitively” respond to certain “in-market factors?” What a load of tripe.

Would WB have made the same “nuanced” cuts to appease American Christians? Of course not. We all know that. It would have called them intolerant bigots. But China can dictate the content of its movies. (As can some Muslim nations, as well.) Because, well, that’s different. That’s their culture, and WB doesn’t want to offend the Chinese or their Communist overlords. A thought experiment: would Warner Bros. have publicly admitted today to removing gay dialogue at the behest of Putin’s Russia?

The brief scenes/dialogue referenced were excised from Warner Bros. new movie titled "Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore.” They were statements Dumbledore made about his same-sex attraction to the character Grindelwald.

Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. is, like Disney, an American diversified multinational mass media and entertainment conglomerate. Like Disney, it is headquartered in the People’s Republic of California. Burbank to be precise.

Sound disgusting, Good for the ChiComs.

Nobody wants their children to hear the mesage, "That Grindwald has got a nice xxx, and it is going to get a xxxx pounding."

That shortens movies and TV shows for China by about 20%.

Some TV dramas have upwards of 10 minutes per episode same-sex scenes that have nothing to do with the overall plot.

As that Disney exec said, she put ‘gay’ in everywhere just because she could and no one called her on it.

But we still get the globohomo messaging and endless lectures about homophobia. Thanks, Warner bros.

Ironic that the gay crap was written by J.K. Rowling, who is currently “canceled” by the left because she does not believe “trans women” are women.

This is about power.

China has power.

The average American has no power.

The dialogue lines “because I was in love with you” and “the summer Gellert and I fell in love” were cut from “The Secrets of Dumbledore” (Fantastic Beasts 3).

Language calculated to be subtle enough not to cause a fuss in the US, while still ensuring that normalized perversion is included in a kids movie.

Did J.K. Rowling write this gay dialogue in her novel? Or was it subtly placed in the movie by the script writers?

Hey, Warner Brothers. How about making movies without the homosexual content to begin with?

The Fantastic Beasts films are not based on novels as Harry Potter was, but are written for the screen by Rowling and others. They are based on a "guidebook" that the character Harry Potter possessed that was called Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. At some point it was decided to do a prequel film series based on young Dumbledore. I remember Rowling stating that Dumbledore was gay even before the series started.

I saw all the original Harry Potter movies. They were okay, but no big deal to me. I have no interest in this gay prequel.

Yes, oddly enough, while the radicals in the West can trample normals underfoot, ChiComs and Muslims will become bastions of sanity.

Imagine that...

If it isn’t clear yet, any visit to a large retailer or university will demonstrate how much is invested in our government; they own it outright at this point.

I used to think so; they are primitive and barbaric but they are filling the voids left in the world where righteous Westerners don’t even bother breeding anymore - and that is the definition of insanity.
