There are 27 inmates who identify as transgender currently housed at the facility, according to NJ.com. New Jersey's policy does not require trans women inmates to undergo gender-reassignment surgery to be held in the facility.

If so that would have been kept hush hush by the prison officials.
They don’t want the trannys in there at all, hence why this story made national headlines. Women doing male guards at a womens prison is hardly news worthy and been going on forever and vis versa as well. This though, is an all new kind of sensational story for the headlines and one I think the DOC there approves of.
Since the Left denies binary genders, clearly the solution here is to get rid of “women’s” prisons and “men’s” prisons and just merge them all together. “Diversity is a Strength” and all that...
“Transgender” is not at all the same thing as “transvestite”. Apparently the “trans” had not proceeded far enough to assure the gender change was complete, from “male” to “neuter”. No amount of hormones or body mutilations can push the needle any further, and such treatment is, by all measures, irreversible.
Therefore the pretend “transgender was in reality no more than a “transvestite”.

Since it is impossible for Women to get Women pregnant, the ACLU Perpetrated a Fraud upon the Court and should be Criminally Charged for said Fraud, they Claimed in LEGAL DOCUMENTS and arguments that they were NOT MEN, Arrest them and put them in prison for this FRAUD
So, if I (heterosexual male) am ever sent to prison, I tell them I am transgendered and they send me to an all female prison? Got it.
