The CEO of the MTA was on CBS This morning and reported what nobody else has: The person of interest has a LONG RAP SHEET. No doubt they went light on him due to his race and thus NYC foisted a known dangerous criminal on unsuspecting commuters. This is criminal, from the judge to the DA, they need to be held accountable.
He has a criminal record, apparently they never punished him and let him loose to shoot people.
