Now they’re gonna almost certainly have 2 dem senators and the unspeakable abrams as gov.

There won't be any coming back from that. The fraud mechanisms are in place now with the active help of the GOP. Once Abrams is in they will become entrenched. Good job, Georgia, enjoy your leftist paradise once your votes aren't worth a cup of spit.

And remember, the "lesser of two evils" GOP did this.

Along the same lines, do you think such a wide-sweeping decree gets approved without the chief executive’s support and/or authorization?

Lt Gov is a rabid anti-trumper. Reminds me of Kinzinger.

He is standing on technicality AND minimizing what he could have done as Governor to personally persuade Ratburger not to sign. And while we’re at it, WHERE were the public notices that described the Democrat vote-stealing decrees Ratburger was about to sign? WHERE? Not a damned one - nothing. Screw him. I’m voting against him in the primary on May 24 here...

Kemp had plenty of persuasion power AND the power to tell the citizens of Georgia, me what was up. He did NOTHING. No public notice no nothing. Kemp was in on this up to his stinking neck and I’m voting against him May 24...

"legally binding commitments"

IMO, there has been a significant legal issue from the beginning as to whether GA SOS Raffensperger had unilateral authority to sign away provisions of well-established election law as he did.

IIRC, the key provisions in question concerned common sense mail-in ballot regulations and the requirement that last minute registered voters who had not been registered for the disputed contest would not be eligible to vote in a run-off election.

While Kemp's signature may not have been involved, he was even in the best light an ineffective, passive, easily played captain of the ship who - with no regard at all for GA voters or their legislators - quietly allowed the rule of law to be turned on its head.

I wonder if his hand was on the Bible when he took $100,000 from the CCP to put in the Dominion voting machines? Or when he sold the senate seat to Loeffler for $500,000?
