Unverified videos have emerged allegedly showing Ukrainian soldiers killing surrendered Russian soldiers, including one published this week allegedly showing a Ukrainian soldier shooting and killing a wounded Russian soldier near Kyiv.

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba commented on the video, stating he was aware of it but had not seen it himself and that, in any case, the Ukrainian military “observes the rules of warfare. .... A "Volunteer" soldier from another country who's family and world is safe at home ..... Does not have the same focus as a Resident Soldier who is fightning the forces that have just Invaded your home country, killed your family and Destroyed your Home ... Your Neighborhood ... Your City and Has taken away your livelyhood while leaving you starving on the streets while fighting for your life ....

I think bth sides have seen so many atrocities, of foreign fighters decapitations etc. they’ve all had it and both sides are just going after each other.
