Well, Vichy french are alive and well in the guise of macaroni. Collaborating with criminals. Hopefully Marine Le Pen will oust this POS, 'wef' lovin' assclown. Has he dismissed his security detail yet? Didn't think so. How many illegals is he housing? None? Didn't think so. Sounds like he's channeling little davey hogg.

It is all about government control. Macron wants this poor farmer to depend on “the gov” for all his needs. He would outlaw pitchforks if the farmer decided to “fork” the intruders, because that would mean that the farmer had freedom to defend himself and would not have to ‘depend’ on macron. It is a simple principle.

French President Emmanuel Macron said people should not have the right to self-defense.This freaking POS, really is a POS.

This guy, and his cronies in France, are America’s deep-state allies.
You should have nothing but contempt for both.

And yet he’ll win easily over Le Pen because like the U.S., France is corrupt and broken.

The French national anthem is about defense.

However, Macron responded to the story by asserting that the 35-year-old farmer had no right to defend himself or his daughter in such a manner. That attitude is why the U.S., Canada, England and Australia had to take France back from the Germans twice in the 1900s. Then we gave it back to the French! We won it fair and square; should'a split it up and kept it!
A U.S. Navy Admiral was attending a naval conference that included Admirals from the U.S., English, Canadian, Australian and French Navies. At a cocktail reception, he found himself standing with a large group of officers that included personnel from most of those countries. Everyone was chatting away in English as they sipped their drinks but a French admiral suddenly complained that, whereas Europeans learn many languages, Americans learn only English. He then asked, “Why is it that we always have to speak English in these conferences rather than speaking French?”
Without hesitating, the American Admiral replied, “Maybe it’s because the Brits, Canadians, Aussies and Americans arranged it so you wouldn’t have to speak German.”

But I am opposed to self-defense. It’s very clear and undisputable because otherwise the country becomes the Wild West.
So, Zimbabwe or Somalia would be better?

Right after he gives up his protective security detail, the peasants will believe him.
Unfortunately for him, French history doesn’t indicate this would be a good idea for him and probably wouldn’t end well.

Hey, Mac. Is their a ceiling amount the thieves can take, as in some parts of the western United States, or can they only take what they can carry?
Mac's response basically green lights thievery.
[Another example of leftist/liberal insanity. I wonder what his response would have been if the thieves had killed the farmer or killed or assaulted the 3-year-old girl. Rhetorical. We know what his response would have been.]
