LVIV, Ukraine (AP) — Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Thursday night that work has begun to dig through the rubble in Borodianka, another city north-west of Kyiv that was occupied by the Russians.

He also said “it is much scarier” there, with even more victims of the Russian troops.

The narrative is that the missile failed to fully detonate or was shot down and that it was the fragments raining down that killed the people. The Ukrainians blame the Russians and vice versa.

Just an obersvation without taking any side: I'm no expert by any means but this does not look like a missle that has exploded. How does it work - right over the target the warhead just pops off to do it's thing and the rest of the body just falls to the ground ?

An ignorant question I admit but......
