He said ‘they did it to tell the world and Putin, ‘we know what your up to’
But, they don’t know what he’s up to because he wasn’t going to do that. Instead, Biden said ‘we will respond in kind’. Biden is the one who sounds like someone who needs investigating. He is the one who sounds like a thug.
