The Catholic college’s Atkins Center for Ethics welcomed speaker Miguel De La Torre.

As Christians, we should make no distinction between races - blacks, whites, Asians, Hispanics. Just as whites should show no deference to whites, so should other races show no deference to “their own kind”.

Whites should put to death their “whiteness” for the cause of Christ but also blacks should put to death their blackness, Hispanics put to death their Latinness, Asians their Asianness, gays their gayness, etc. Taught correctly, it should put an end to Affirmative Action, Critical Race Theory and social constructs that exalt one group over another.
