NATO's Poland 'Open' to Hosting U.S. Nuclear Weapons

Poland's deputy prime minister Jaroslaw Kaczynski said he is "open" to the idea of the U.S deploying tactical nuclear weapons in his country, and called for Washington to send tens of thousands more American troops to Europe to check the Russian threat.

Kaczynski, who leads the ruling national-conservative Law and Justice Party, also urged NATO to "do more" in Ukraine—in particular, a peacekeeping mission and delivering President Volodymyr Zelensky the weapons he asks for—and said he is "very dissatisfied" with Germany.

"The eastern flank must be much better protected in the future than before," Kaczynski told Germany's Welt Am Sonntag newspaper, asking America to station 50,000 more troops—a 50 percent increase—with most of the total in the Baltics and Poland, which are NATO allies.

100,000 in Poland and the Baltics, 40,000 on Taiwan and an additional 20,000 for South Korea and Japan. Box in Russia and China. Also let’s take out the Ayatollah in Iran and take their gas.

Glad that I’ve been to Warsaw as it looks like there’s not much future to it now.

WWII.....Poland and Ukrainians were serious enemies. Poland was full of hate. Here in the USA, they had gangs and were always fighting.

Pretty much this. Mexico’s rump government has military sales connections with Russian, AMLO running the country is a leftist, and the cartels would really like getting their hands on nukes.

Top that off with the fact that our administration is a bunch of morons and you can expect bad things to happen.

I agree, but things are different after Russia developed that hypersonic
game changer missile.

It necessitated some sort of defensive response from us.

This may be that in part.

Wait till Finland and Norway declare their intention to join NATO. Why should any neighbor trust Putin?

Then you will be crying like a baby when Russia attacks Poland “unprovoked”, right?

I don't know, maybe because no one has invaded Putin's Russia.

Russia developed that hypersonic game changer missile.

That's the same argument Russia is using. NATO can do the same right on Russia's border. Imagine if they were within 500 miles of our capital.

Russia says a lot of stuff, but when it invaded, it took the
gas preserve region of the Ukraine and never thought to take
the biolabs.

And some folks still haven’t figure that out yet.
