I would feel better about this whole thing if McCarthy would investigate Cawthorns charges before refuting them.

This is one good example of why Trump should be Speaker of the House, just for two years. He could clean out a lot of Rinos and make sure his agenda is firmly started for his presidency in 2025.
Toward the end of his second year he could have in place a leadership team of solid supporters and a really unified party then announce his run for President.
Kevin McCarthy has proven that he is not a leader and would fail to make a truly strong republican party.
The Congressmen who are upset by the charges remind me of the accused in cop shows who taunt the authorities that “you can’t prove it.”
And it was not really an Orgy, two people still had their socks on.
