No Mo Mo

Varney is “woke” as well when it comes to the election. Very disappointing.

I know nothing else about “Mo” Brooks. Heard the name before... But that’s about it.

...He then hired a new campaign staff...I'll bet Brooks wasn't the person making that decision.
If so, that explains a lot.

This is very good news. There are plenty more RINOs on Trump’s list that he could withdraw his support for. I hope he intends to wake up from his self-imposed stupor and this is the first sign.

President Trump is flexing - it will be interesting to see what happens.
I think you are right - No mo Mo.
To: Dead Corpse
He seems ok at first blush. Kind of standard minimalist GOP. Not a lot of support for Left-wing stuff that I'd recognize from a Murkowsky or a Romney as being definately RINO.
What am I missing? Is it just the election thing? That's a big deal, but not the only hill to die on this election season.

I don’t know the details but if he did a 180 for some reason he needs to answer why. There must have been something specific that Trump is reacting to.

Reagan campaign manager John Sears was a pragmatist who guided Reagan to a loss in the 1980 Iowa Caucuses to George the Elder in 1980. Reagan wisely fired him before he lost New Hampshire and the nomination.

This also does put Brooks into the position of actually taken a firm position one way or another. Either he’ll say Trump is mistaken and he’s strongly in favor of digging into election fraud etc or he’ll stand with his new position
To: JonPreston
Mo Brooks is the best person running.
Brooks must run a campaign to get elected.
Rehashing 2020 won’t do that.

Mo caved to the wokesters. That’s a death sentence to conservatives.
I don’t know who to support now, both Britt and Durant have issues. Britt is swamp centric and Durant is a potential McCain clone.

My guess is that Brooks’ campaign staff have done extensive polling of the voters, and found that the 2020 election is very far down their list of concerns right now.

Not followed the AL election, but I trust Trump on this one.
To: Alberta's Child
Maybe but Brooks must have done something with that information. I doubt Trump would do this just because Brooks didn’t mention it in a while.
To: DugwayDuke
Rehashing 2020 won’t do that.Rehashing 2020 is about more than 2020. To ignore it is to ensure that 2022 will be a repeat of 2020.
