There is no evidence they can do that, certainly not without a court ruling.
2 - Trump being elected Speaker of the House in 2023, and Biden and Kamala being impeached.
A two-thirds vote requirement in the Senate makes that idea completely unrealistic.
If the theft of the election that we all know happened finally gets the exposure it deserves and a win or wins in court, then allowing Biden to stay in office is untenable.
Take it to court and let's find out. None of the evidence allegedly showing massive vote fraud has been taken to court. Nobody had been indicted. Nobody has been tried. Nobody has been convicted. Nothing but talk. Unless that changes the opposition can continue to call talk of stolen elections fake news.
Just because the Constitution doesn’t give a specific remedy for a situation doesn’t mean no Constitutional remedy exists.

And Joe Biden has messed up the economy and she and a lot of other folks can see that in day to day living.
