On Tuesday’s broadcast of CNN’s “New Day,” Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman and Senate Majority Whip Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL) said Democrats could have done a better job handling the timing of the accusations against Justice Brett Kavanaugh during his nomination to the Supreme Court, but “hindsight is very clear. At that time, we were trying to do the best we could under an extraordinary set of circumstances.”

I heard last night (perhaps on Tucker) that it’s been 17 years since a Republican SCOTUS nominee got a single Democrat “yes” vote out of the Senate judiciary committee.

And, as usual, ‘rat nominees skate through after receiving accolades from most of the GOP lawmakers.

I expect nothing different this time around.

The timing? There is no better time to lie. The timing was the key element of their plan, and intended to derail the confirmation and force withdrawal. And everyone knew it was lies. Everyone knew it was an intentional circus. Everyone.
