Sounds like Trump is using the DOJ methodology.

This whole thing is nothing but a witch hunt to try and get President Trump not to run again.

Pretty intrusive subpoenas for an investigation without any probable cause. This is nothing more then political persecution of the opposition using government resources. But you, and everyone else, know it.

Why is there an investigation in the first place? The normal process is to start an investigation based on evidence of a crime. (Investigate the crime, not the man. It was the Soviets who investigated the man, not the crime.) What evidence is there that any crime has been committed to justify an investigation?

These things take time and I’m sure they have top people working on the problem.
The judge realizes these things take time and is why no time limit was set.

Huh, sounds like what Hillary and the DNC did with Crowdstrike, but it was A-OK then, right?

Lois Lerner asserted her 5th Amendment right against self incriminating, so Eric is doing the same. As long as there is a possibility of criminal charges, pleading the 5th is the only smart thing to do. If you take the 5th, you can’t be charges with lying to a federal or state agent.
If the state has evidence that any of the trumps committed a crime, let’s see it. None of the lenders have sued the Trump organization for fraud, so how do you prosecute a crime when there is no victim?
Maybe the Trump organization should just tell the judge they can only review and turn over 50 pages per month. That will take 100 years. If the CDC can try to stretch out its release of COVID-19 trial documents for 60+ years, why can’t Trump do the same.
