Or keep the lists of Russian troops killed or wounded to a minimum to cut down on adverse public reaction at home.

Yeah, the price of gas would keep them local, unless somebody rented a bus to a nearby city. The ones Obama and lying Ryan brought in are on the taxpayer’s dime for life.
