Ukraine’s Zelensky Blasts ‘Weak’ NATO for Refusing to Start Air War with Russia
Breitbart ^ | 5 Mar 2022 | JACK MONTGOMERY

President Volodymyr Zelensky has slammed NATO as “weak” for refusing to enforce a no-fly zone in Ukraine, saying it will bear responsibility for future Ukrainian deaths.

Speaking at a public press conference, the Ukrainian president branded a recent NATO summit on the war in Ukraine “weak” and “confused” and evidence that “not everyone considers the struggle for freedom to be Europe’s number one goal.”

“Knowing that new strikes and casualties are inevitable, NATO deliberately decided NOT to close the sky over Ukraine,” he railed.

“We believe that NATO countries themselves have created a narrative that the closure of the sky over Ukraine would provoke Russia’s direct aggression against NATO. This is self-hypnosis. Of those who are weak, underconfident,” he claimed — although it is difficult to imagine how NATO could “close the sky over Ukraine” without directly confronting and destroying Russian warplanes, and likely Russian ground forces tasked with engaging hostile aircraft as well.

“All the people who will die starting from this day will also die because of you. Because of your weakness. Because of your disunity,” Zelensky accused.

Switzerland apparently was not neutral. They are full in for Ukraine now.

Switzerland has been an arms supplier all along.

Maybe he should have thought about establishing a no-corruption zone in Ukraine. Might have led to a better future for his country.

You cannot hide and cower from Putin and his evil axis...China, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Venezuela, etc. They are all watching our and the world’s reaction closely.

What faith can Poland or other European nations have that their presumed allies will come to their aid when Putin continues on with his expansion. Partnerships and alliances will be at risk.

What kind of world do we want to make for our progeny, when we allow the wholesale slaughter of women, children, and the elderly?

Many are focused on the risks of engaging Russia but underestimating the risks of inaction.

We have plenty of tyranny to deal with right here in the U.S. without looking all over the world for it.

Putin may be a bigger thug and j@ck@$$, but that doesn't make Zelensky any less of a j@ck@$$.

He should challenge Putin to a duel.

I know he is desperate for his people, who can blame him?
I thought we weren’t the world’s police force anymore. I feel for him and his people, but if Putin’s forces don’t cross into a NATO country, there is nothing we can do.
However, on the one hand, we have Biden, and on the other hand we have Putin.
The longer this goes on, the more pressure Biden is going to feel to do something.
We pretty much know by now that Putin isn’t going to stop until he has all of Ukraine. I hope I’m wrong about that.
Biden- Political pressure
Putin-Wild card

A place, by the way, two weeks ago most Americans have never even heard of.

************

And couldn’t find on a map if they had to.

There are already a lot of moving parts in this conflict, which exponentially increases the likelihood of a mistake, an error of judgement, or even a programming error to lead to the unthinkable. This conflict has already become, in effect, a complex system, and complex systems are prone to having little things trigger catastrophic events. Many books have been written on this subject so your point is well taken.

Lighting off WWIII over Ukraine is insane.

LOL. Good God, you couldn't make this stuff up in Hollywood.

What a weird and dangerous world we're living in.

This never would have happened with Trump in office.

Tyranny, dysfunction, corruption, crime, inflation, etc.

You’re right. We have enough problems to deal with right here. And each of them is getting worse by the day.

Not me. I don't give a rip for these people or any other bunch of unspellables. Have you taken a good look around here lately? I have. The nation is going to Hell in a handbasket. Doesn't that bother you? It does me.

And I’m watching hundreds of thousands of people strolling across our southern border every month.

What about that?

Indeed. And one one seems to care. I live in NJ. My property taxes just went up to pay for all for all this Third World garbage that’s coming in here.

If we get into a serious economic recession who is going to pay for all the welfare and social services for these millions of newly arrived migrants when there is little work for them? The costs could be absolutely enormous.

I meant those living over there. I don’t care about them and the unpronouceables either.

America is going down the tubes, rapidly.

THAT”S what concerns me!

That is a fact.

The MIC and their political allies hated him for keeping them away from profitable conflicts.

For all intents and purposes we no longer have a southern border.

That’s what’s keeping me awake at night.

I live in NJ. Two days ago I got a notice that my property taxes are going up to pay for all the Third World garbage that’s being bought in here.
