Former Attorney General William Barr believes that former President Donald Trump was responsible for the attack on the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.
“I do think he was responsible in the broad sense of that word, in that it appears that part of the plan was to send this group up to the Hill,” Barr told NBC News host Lester Holt in an interview that is scheduled to air on Sunday. “I think the whole idea was to intimidate Congress. And I think that that was wrong.”
But Barr added that he has not seen evidence that Trump was “legally responsible for it in terms of incitement.”

We did exactly that when we protested in September 2009. The purpose was to intimidate Congress and Obama when 1 million ppl showed up in DC. The Million Man March and the 100,000 pussy-hatted women did the same thing. And don’t forget MLK’s little get together at Lincoln Memorial or the Vietnam protests in the 60s. Duh! All protests are done to make the politicians rethink their ideas. It’s not a crime, FFS!

Guess he was lying during his confirmation hearing when he said “I love the law”. He’s trying to tear rule of law down.
It’s almost like he’s selling a book or something and wants to put the left-media in a good mood to help out.
Yet Barr was on TV a month or two before the election saying certain states were “playing with fire” changing election laws without following legal processes and voting by mail. Wonder why that was?
There isn’t a printable description of treacherous back-stabbers that took advantage of a trusting president.
The DOJ is the center of the deep state. Using lawfare, they control every major political scheme, or if not, they will use the FBI to control it.
Sessions stabbed Trump in the back with his “Russiagate” recusal, and Trump had to fight to survive by not having an ally in the DOJ.
I hope that if and when Trump becomes president again, he’ll be a bit more cautious of those he hires. People like Barr and Sessions (among others) certainly do him any favors.
