Ukraine’s capital of Kyiv is now fully “encircled” by Russian troops — leaving no way out for millions of citizens facing “a humanitarian catastrophe,” Mayor Vitali Klitschko said Sunday.
The former heavyweight boxing champ told The Associated Press that it was now impossible to evacuate the city “because all ways are blocked.”

Don’t be hard on yourself on that account. Many people wanted to believe even the most bizarre of propaganda about great Ukraine victories. It’s natural for, when people want to believe something is true, to grasp at straws looking for any validation no matter how absurd. This might go down in history as the “Ridiculous Propaganda Meme War”-

It was just yesterday the stories were flying about Russia being annihilated, biting off more then they can chew.
Yes, this would seem to be checkmate, but as you pointed out, there is sooo much propaganda swirling about that one has to simply wait to see what actually is, or has, happened.
Then the Russians turn out the lights.

You can believe that substantial American tax dollars will be used to help rebuild Kiev and Ukraine. That you can count on.

You have to understand that despite what is going on now, there is little cultural differences between Ukranians and Russians. If you stood next to them (as an American), you couldn’t tell them apart. Thus, they each spout the same propoganda. Nobody knows what is really going on at the moment, but I would bet the Russians are, although maybe not as quick as everyone thought.
