You can believe that substantial American tax dollars will be used to help rebuild Kiev and Ukraine. If Putin takes over, then parasites like Hunter Biden, Chris Kerry, Devon Archer certainly won't be allowed their cut. Thus - there will be no US Fed.gov money.
