Sockboy had the brilliant idea of dissolving the official Liberal Senate caucus in favour of creating an “Independent Senators Group” that was ostensibly non-partisan but actually stuffed with ex-Liberals and the Liberal-friendly.
These old hacks are appointed until they’re 75 and some of them have actually started taking the term “Independent Senators,” and the traditional claim of being the chamber of “sober second thought” seriously.
The little tin-pot Trudeau put himself in a box. How could he condemn Vlad Putin while he was doing far worse to the people of Canada. The little poofster will have to answer for his crimes.

Almost every major foreign newspaper was against his use of the Emergencies Act, even the NY Slimes, WSJ, and The Economist
they have a wide, influential reach ... this was making Canada look like a frozen banana-republic, and threatening foreign investment

On Monday they informed their last remaining Canadian staff that they were shutting down their office in Canada. They had already begun moving a lot of these operations down to the U.S. over the last two years just because of the stupid COVID lockdowns and restrictions up there, but this was the last straw.

I think the Biden Admistration bullied him into declaring the emergency in the first place.
