Two weeks ago, the wife and I were refused dine in service because we didn’t “have our papers”. We will never go to that establishment again.
OTOH, our favorite pizza place didn’t go along with Wu’s “Only the enlightened can sit and eat; the subhumans must watch from the gutter!” and switched to all takeout. They always have and always will get our business.
This posting just means you are 'contrite'.
I view it as businesses with no choice doing what they can to avoid fines/closure; I assume many of the owners didn’t vote Democrat.

Yes and no. Like I pointed out, our go to pizza place took away inside seating and went with takeout only so as not to discriminate.

No complaints, thankfully; I hope all is well with you.
I barely patronized many businesses in person anyway (between financial and digestive reasons), so if we were to eat from these places we would normally order delivery anyway (long before COVID); with services like UberEats and such you can basically get anything delivered. I just don’t see a point in punishing owners who risk a lot by ignoring laws; I have no problem shunning businesses who take it upon themselves to put restrictions in place beyond those required. It is their right to do so, and my right to put my business elsewhere.

I hear you. Again, using my example, one business chose to do the right thing, the other didn’t.
I’m not going to go all “BOYCOT ‘X’!!!”, but I’ll never go there again. They made a choice and we made a choice.
Glad that worked out; we dealt with “Omicron” and it wasn’t bad. I don’t like the enemedia smokescreen about “lifting restrictions”, because while they are lifting mask mandates the push for the shots continues unabated (NYC still requires it for ALL workers, and plenty of NJ employers are pushing it with their own policies).

You’re right; while it is fading into history, it should always be remembered that the primary reason for this was to allow the fraud that would remove him from office - and it worked. At the same time, the power enjoyed by the Bolshevik commissars proved addictive and they won’t give it up - and the pseudo-economy that sprang up based on mass testing and administering experimental shots has proven lucrative for not just big firms but a lot of people employed doing it. I went to a testing facility and it was run (shoddily) by people I couldn’t imagine being employed in any serious endeavor (opening late, lack of organization - at an appointment-only operation).

The fact that she/they caved shows she knew what she was trying to do was illegal -- that is grounds for her/their removal.
The worst part is they are reinforcing the most dangerous part (”vaccines”) when they’ve proven for two years that they can’t manage this thing - and for one year that the shots are pure theater (while they conceal dangerous side effects of them).
All part of “The Great Reset”…
