Two weeks ago, the wife and I were refused dine in service because we didn’t “have our papers”. We will never go to that establishment again.
OTOH, our favorite pizza place didn’t go along with Wu’s “Only the enlightened can sit and eat; the subhumans must watch from the gutter!” and switched to all takeout. They always have and always will get our business.
I view it as businesses with no choice doing what they can to avoid fines/closure; I assume many of the owners didn’t vote Democrat.
