The Canadian government is issuing warnings to anyone involved in the massive anti-mandate protests, saying that in addition to freezing bank accounts and towing their trucks, they can confiscate pets as well.
A tweet from the official account for Ottawa’s by-law and regulatory services read, “Attention animal owners at demonstration: If you are unable to care for your animal as a result of enforcement actions, your animal will placed into protective care for 8 days, at your cost. After 8 days, if arrangements are not made, your animal will be considered relinquished.”
According to tweet, the law applied to animals that were left without anyone to care for them due to any law enforcement action resulting from their owners’ participation in the protests — and that could open the door for the government to remove pets from homes where they would have been well cared for if it were not for the government’s response to the protests.

Once the government determined that the animals were not being cared for, the by-law indicates they can “place the animal in protective care” for eight days — and the owner would be billed for that cost. The owner’s failure to make other arrangements prior to the end of that eight-day period would result in the animal being considered “relinquished” by the owner.
The by-law did not indicate what might become of animals once they were determined to be relinquished, but critics on Twitter had a few guesses — and none of them were pleasant.
“First Fauci now the Ottawa police …” the Libertarian Party of New Hampshire tweeted in response. “Why does everyone insane about Covid also want to murder puppies?”

Trudeau just thinks he’s got problems on his hands until he starts messing with these truckers kids and pets. Lots of guys consider their pets family and will defend them almost as quickly as they will their children.

And all this is because the government wants to be able to FORCE people to play injection Roulette.
This one is really mean. OK, I say to myself. If they’re willing to grab fluffy, they’re willing to grab the kids. If you’re living in your truck they’ll declare your kids neglected and seize them. Do not put it past them.
Can it get any worse? Wait until tomorrow.
I think the radical left actually wants a revolution. Then they will seize power like nobody ever imagined. They will trigger the SHTF switch, and take all power over all financial transactions, over communications, over the media, over the roads, over employment. They do not care if people die starving in the cold with no phone to call 911. If they can make that happen, they can remake society as a marxist “Paradise.”
A powerful reckoning is definitely in order ... an "American-style" reckoning that would be confidently and swiftly applied if something like this tyrannical disaster were to be attempted in the American Republic.

Anyone trying to enforce this stupidity should have their skull split wide open. The Govt wants blood in the streets, are they prepared that most of it may be their own? They are messing with fire.
If they didn't have all their money stolen by the government they'd be able to care for their pets just fine. This isn't about them being neglectful. It's about the government abusing them, and then abusing them more.
Gerald Ford had it right. A government that's big enough to give you everything you need is big enough to take away everything you have. Here is absolute proof.
