Once again, we see the conservative pundit class go bananas over the new motion filings from the Durham investigation in the last few days. Suddenly, everybody at Fox News is “expecting more indictments” at any moment! (How did that turn out for Sean Hannity and Dan Bongino the last time?) Suddenly, everybody is supposed to be excited that Durham’s crack team finally figured out spying activities against Donald Trump that occurred in July 2016.
This is a mistake.
The first question you should be asking yourself is why it took the Justice Department almost 6 years to figure out those spying activities.
Let me use the proper analogy here. It’s like going back to your old ex-boyfriend who never treated you well because he called you once over the holidays. You know that it’s going to end badly before you even call him back — but you’re lonely and you can’t help yourself. It’s a troubled and abusive relationship — the one between FBI Special Counsel John Durham and American voters who want justice for the Russia Hoax. I don’t want to see you get your feelings hurt.
Let me explain why you’re probably being played again.

Wow. This guy’s as skeptical as I am. I learned many decades ago that in the world of politics words are useless. What matters is action. We’ve gotten a tiny trickle, but so far that’s all. When I see real indictments of important people, I’ll change my tune. Our whole political climate these days is nothing more than the boy who cried wolf.

Durham is just getting a low level fall guy or two to justify his lengthy payroll draw. As a bonus, they can point to it as an example of how “the system works”.
Merrick Garland it the democrat "Get out of jail free" card. No democrat elite will ever be prosecuted under Garland unless those who control the democrat cabal decide to eat one of their own.

Well, I only have an IQ of about 135 but I think the corruption in the Justice department had something to do with it. Those folks really are good at covering their collective ass.
At some point, we are just the flip side of the NPCs watching CNN and expecting Trump to be arrested at any moment. Uniparty exists to take care of its own. There is no scenario under which the press turns on the Left and Watergates them. That is not going to happen. Remember why Nixon had to resign; his own party turned on him. That is also not going to ever happen with the Democrats.
THE question for President Trump is who will be advising him on picks like AG. He cannot spend another 4 years fighting his own cabinet and staff.
