Sussmann’s lawyers decry Durham’s “conspiracy” theory but also state that Sussmann had no reason to believe that the data he provided to the FBI to substantiate claims of Russian collusion had been manipulated or were “untrue or misleading.”
The lawyers claim that Durham’s filing will taint the jury pool and asked the court to strike, or delete, the “factual background” portion.
Sussmann is charged with lying to the FBI when he allegedly concealed that he was representing the Clinton campaign. He has pleaded not guilty.

I tend to think that Durham is a ducks-in-a-row kind of guy - he wouldn’t say or write anything that wasn’t 100% accurate.

He must have gotten the story from someone else, who was that person and what was Sussmann told about the story by that person?

I think (hope would be closer to the truth) that this is why Durham is going so incredibly slowly. He has to make sure that absolutely every detail is exactly nailed down, because he knows that if he is wrong even in the placement of a single comma, the other side will use that tiny error to dismiss his entire investigation, and the MSM and the courts will agree and throw the whole thing out.

I have information (from somewhere?) that the Durham grand jury has 'interviewed' twenty five people.
Has anyone else heard that and know any thing about it?
Any rumors about what they're finding? Sentiment?

Lawyers for former Hillary Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann are furious Ah, the squealing of cornered rats. It is delicious, like the growing light of dawn upon the American horizon.
