Governor Larry Hogan (R-MD) said Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union” that the Republican Party needs to “get back” to believing in “freedom and truth.”
Hogan said, “I consider myself a common-sense conservative. I have been a lifelong Republican. I believe that’s where most people in America are. About 70% of the people in America are frustrated with politics on both sides, Republicans and Democrats. The latest CNN poll came out and said right now, only 50% of the Republicans would like to see Donald Trump run again. I believe that there is a pretty large lane of sane Republicans, and they’re looking for a voice.”

Hogan wouldn’t know truth if it bit him on the ass.
As if they even accomplish anything there.
“Hogan doesn’t understand what “freedom and truth” is.”
Hope and Change was taken so...
That Hogan is No Malarky.
“Can Hogan be specific how he defines “sane” and exactly what was not “sane” about Trumps policies?”
No, and he doesn’t have to.

Whenever anyone tries to demonstrate their conservative bona fides by stating they’ve always voted GOPe you know they don’t get it
Until Reagan the GOPe was a plurality of liberals dominated by northeastern true liberal GOPe
Both parties had elements of liberals and conservatives....maybe slight edge moderates in the GOPe ....maybe
Talk radio doesn’t want you to know that ....they think you get confused easy over facts
All those awful 1960s legislations GOPe and neocons and talk radio love to take credit for race virtue signaling
Were passed by liberal and moderate GOPe in cahoots with liberal and moderate Dems
Opposed by actual conservative GOPe and conservative Dems
I bet only a tiny minority here know this
Well Wardaddy
Mark Levin and his partner cheetoes Beck and Ben Shapiro and Sean and Victor Davis Hanson all say different history
To quote another Wilson : “they lie”
“Talk radio doesn’t want you to know that ....they think you get confused easy over facts”
You’re giving them too much credit, as if they actually know something to hide.
Most people under 70 don’t have any idea what the GOP was like before Reagan. Which is pretty much what it returned to under the Bushes. Buck Sexton, Clay Travis and Ben Shapiro are all about 40 yrs old, they were riding their Big Wheels during Reagan.
That Bob Novak memoir we’ve been talking about “The Prince of Darkness” ought to be required reading for these yahoos. I lived through a lot of that history and I still found it to be a goldmine.
