Wonder how he remembered the "incitement" incident to add it to the article?

Palin's gonna get paid big time. I hope the Slimes goes under.
BTW, it was ME who broke the Internet when this first happened. Palin used surveyor points, not gunsights on that election map.

“...Times had “a policy of not apologizing for corrections” in stories.”
So it is their policy to never apologize for lying ...
We all know how it works. The lies are in big bold headlines on the front page and the corrections (if any) are buried in some back page in small print. Yeah, that makes everything ok.

I’m glad she has a case.
It would be funny if this was the case that pushed the NYT into receivership.

The judge should end the case immediately and make the New York Times pay Palin every penny she’s asking for (and maybe then some).

The NY Times actually makes a lot of money, unlike say CNN.

I don’t see that it matters. The thug was in the employ of the leftist rag, the rag made insufficient effort to rein in its thug. The rag is liable.
Is she suing for a specific amount, or just an open-ended request?

I stand by my comment and add that I'm surprised the courts ever let this case go to trial. It's not that she didn't have a case, obviously she did/does, but she's a REPUBLICAN for heaven's sake.

The company reported adjusted operating profit of $65.1 million, a 15 percent increase over the same quarter a year ago, on $509.1 million of revenue, a 19.3 percent rise. Operating costs rose nearly as much, to $460.1 million, or 18.8 percent. Subscription revenues rose 13.8 percent, to $342.6 million, from last year.Nov 3, 2021

Sarah Palin is viewed with so much contempt and disdain by New Yorkers that she doesn't have a prayer in this case...regardless of what evidence is produced.
To: where's_the_Outrage?
This is an admission of guilt....cinches the verdict.

Not really an admission of guilt. Just an admission of authorship. Still has to be decided whether the words qualify as criminal.

Bennet noted that he initially did in a statement meant for CNN reporter Oliver Darcy, but that Rhoades Ha edited it out because the Times had “a policy of not apologizing for corrections” in stories.
So do they collude on news stories then?
To: Jonty30
Bezos would just buy them, too.

The judge will probably award Palin $1 in damages.
