The judge should end the case immediately and make the New York Times pay Palin every penny she’s asking for (and maybe then some). I stand by my comment and add that I'm surprised the courts ever let this case go to trial. It's not that she didn't have a case, obviously she did/does, but she's a REPUBLICAN for heaven's sake.
