The company reported adjusted operating profit of $65.1 million, a 15 percent increase over the same quarter a year ago, on $509.1 million of revenue, a 19.3 percent rise. Operating costs rose nearly as much, to $460.1 million, or 18.8 percent. Subscription revenues rose 13.8 percent, to $342.6 million, from last year.Nov 3, 2021

Bennet noted that he initially did in a statement meant for CNN reporter Oliver Darcy, but that Rhoades Ha edited it out because the Times had “a policy of not apologizing for corrections” in stories.


So do they collude on news stories then?

Not sure about The Slimes making money. The New York Times narrowed money, $250 million from Carlos Slim to stay afloat on 2009. I think he still owns a chunk.
