In 2013, American virologist Ralph Baric approached Zhengli Shi at a meeting.
Shi had detected the genome of a new virus, called SHC014, that was one of the two closest relatives to the original SARS virus, but her team had not been able to culture it in the lab.
Baric had developed a way around that problem—a technique for “reverse genetics” in coronaviruses. Not only did it allow him to bring an actual virus to life from its genetic code, but he could mix and match parts of multiple viruses. He wanted to take the “spike” gene from SHC014 and move it into a genetic copy of the SARS virus he already had in his lab. The spike molecule is what lets a coronavirus open a cell and get inside it. The resulting chimera would demonstrate whether the spike of SHC014 would attach to human cells.
Baric asked Shi if he could have the genetic data for SHC014. His team introduced the virus modified with that code into mice and into a petri dish of human airway cells. Sure enough, the chimera exhibited “robust replication” in the human cells.
In [Baric's 2015 paper, “A SARS-like cluster of circulating bat coronaviruses shows potential for human emergence,”], he wrote, “The potential to prepare for and mitigate future outbreaks must be weighed against the risk of creating more dangerous pathogens. Scientific review panels may deem similar studies building chimeric viruses based on circulating strains too risky to pursue.”
The NIH decided that the risk was worth it. In a potentially fateful decision, it funded work similar to Baric’s at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, which soon used its own reverse-genetics technology to make numerous coronavirus chimeras.
This is the history of the origin of the pandemic.

The poisons called COVID vaccines are designed to flood the bodies of the people who are injected with them with a version of the Baric-Daszak-Fauci spike protein.
Therefor, the poisons called COVID vaccines are deadly, and should be taken off the market.
This is a notion that seems to have floated around from the beginning, but I just don't get it.
Somehow, making stronger viruses helps us make better vaccines? What?
And we need to build vaccines against -- what? Viruses that do not exist? Excuse me?
They seem to be either 1) making problems so that they can then make solutions or 2) making solutions for problems that they intend to make later or 3) both.
I think the whole thing is a crime against humanity and should be treated like nuclear proliferation.
Criminal!
History of the PlanDEMIc ping.
(must be weighed against the risk of creating more dangerous pathogens)
😳😳😳😬😬
Then let’s suppress use of cheap therapeutics against the viruses because that won’t make big bucks for our Big Pharma buddies.

Nuremberg 2.0
Amen! So far two of our adult children got the jab. The other 3 didn’t. None of the grandkids got it yet. But one of them probably will get it eventually. 3 of them have never had any vax, have never been sick!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
“Safety requirements are based on what virus you are studying. Since bat viruses like WIV1 haven’t been confirmed to cause disease in human beings, her biosafety committee recommended BSL-2 for engineering them and testing them and BSL-3 for any animal experiments.”
As the former Chairman of the Biosafety Committee at a major Industrial Research Lab, I can tell you that this work should NOT have been approved at less than BSL-3. When you are dealing with unknown viruses, just because they haven’t been CONFIRMED to cause disease in humans doesn’t mean they CAN’T. In these cases, YOU are the experimental animal. It’s very difficult to tell your colleagues (and friends) that they can’t do an experiment the way they want to but it has to be done. Fortunately in most cases a compromise involving a modified protocol can be reached.
These kinds of shows will always be run by government for bio weapons purposes.
The wisdom of that is debatable.
Sharing such research with an adversary and known bad actor is treasonous and insane.
We need to hold these people accountable for unleashing a virus from Wuhan, the Wuhan China Virus, on the world costing millions of lives and trillions in dollars and untold other problems at every level of society.
“(must be weighed against the risk of creating more dangerous pathogens)”
Bringing dangerous viruses out of caves and into labs doesn’t prevent pandemics, it causes them.

Yeah doesn’t seem like an accident
🤔
It’s interesting that you brought up nuclear proliferation.
This very subject - reverse engineering of pathogens - was discussed at scientific meetings I attended beginning sometine in the 1990s, when they were working on digging up corpses that died from 1918 influenza and were buried in the high Arctic (and therefore frozen at low enough temperature to preserve the virus).
This really took off after 9/11, when the bioterrorism defense people and money started to flow.
The arguments about creating animal-human hybrid mice (or worse) to have human-like lungs that the created pathogens could attack were particularly passionate, and nuclear proliferation was always used as an example of how “no research can be protected against misuse”.
This more or less stopped after the US ban on NIH direct funding for this activity, but as we now know, the NIH-EcoHealth-Wuhan pathway was created (and maybe others as well) to evade the ban.
Whether the incredible cross-species affinity of SARS-CoV 2 is caused by its experimental origin or not remains to be seen.
They seem to be either 1) making problems so that they can then make solutions or 2) making solutions for problems that they intend to make later or 3) both.
When Fauci got wind of it, it became an opportunity that was just too good to pass up.
The date on this artical from MIT is what's interesting...

I totally agree, however I don’t think it’s likely to ever happen. Since most if not all roads actually lead back to the US, if you follow them far enough, the people responsible are going to be protected by the government. Even Trump won’t ever get into this, and constantly refers to “the China virus.” China obviously bears some guilt too, but do you really think anyone there will ever be brought to justice either?
The only hope is probably some international courts, but I don’t expect to see Fauci or others ever extradited. Not trying to be negative just real. Hope I’m wrong but I think Rand Paul’s calling of an international investigation by other other nations is proof nothing is going to happen here, at least not anytime soon.
The only difference in what is discussed here being ‘disease prevention’ OR ‘biological warfare’ is....intent.
And we all know how good humans are at ‘intent’.
It is criminal. And I will say this: If this had been a lab in Austria or the UK, I would not view it with the same degree of suspicion.
Anything and everything in China is under the thumb of the CCP. Period. Everything.
So it isn’t just the Chinese penchant for ignoring rules, regulations, and safety procedures not just to meet what the party demands, but because it is simpler and easier, and it is endemic in Chinese culture.
It isn’t laziness in the traditional sense. It is laziness in the bureaucratic and regulatory sense. That underlies everything.
And the fact this was all being done in a level 2 lab as opposed to a level 3 lab is probably rooted in this underlying cultural flaw.
But that fact that the CCP is overseer and calls the shots on everything makes this suspect to the core even apart from that more benign analysis.
I don’t doubt that there were people at the WIV who were viewed as friendly and sincere peers and scientists, capable of honest collaboration. (Obviously, to any sentient person, even that must be taken with a giant grain of salt when the CCP is involved, as it is intimately)
This is a government that has murdered tens, if not hundreds of millions of its own citizens to accomplish political goals. Does any rational person think they wouldn’t intentionally release this into the world population to accomplish political goals? There is nothing they won’t do to advance the Party. Nothing.
They are chemical warfare.
That was one of the key points of this good article, though it was careful to not paint Fauci et al in a bad light, as if “someone” “somewhere” made bad decisions, which I disagree with.
Fauci should be exposed for his part in this, investigated, tried, and severely punished with the any available penalties up to and including capital punishment. I doubt it will happen though.
I don’t see it that way. I see it as being intentionally driven, and for a country that murdered tens if not hundreds of millions of its own citizens without even blinking an eye, I fail to see how that can be far fetched.
Because this was being done in a level 2 facility, and it was widely known (apparently) that it should have been in a safer and more secure level 3 facility, just how difficult would it have been to intentionally infect someone?
I have no doubt that in a level 3 facility, not only would it have been harder to get accidentally infected with a pathogen being studied, it would have been harder to get your hands on, and deliberately infect someone with a pathogen being studied.
I am willing to bet that in a level 3 facility, access to stocks of viruses, and chain-of-custody procedures are more stringent. They would have to be.
We know that going from a level 3 to a level 4 is another world of firewalls and impediments to just walking to a fridge and pulling out samples.
