Its all over Twitter and Telegram. Riot Police and Swat teams have moved in. Fuel, food, supplies are being confiscated. Arrests are being made of the truckers in Ottawa.

They really are... They are the last line right now to protect what remains of freedom on this continent. This action is it. Australia has come to North America. These folks need to prevail over their government. If this fails, better tighten down good on that glove because this bull is about to buck hard here...
There is a bad highway intersection in my town. 18 wheelers always have issues. One took out power to the whole town and backed up traffic in 4 directions for 8 hours. Those were expetienced drivers.
The police traded in their brown shirts for blue/black.
They don’t care about you. They’re not your friend. If a child is between them and a $500 bonus, they’d happily crush that kid beneath their boots. They don’t care about something called “rights.” Their mentality is “us vs them.”

This is nuts. We have a Western democracy where all the citizens want to do is have their grievance be heard, but a leadership so arrogant that they can’t even be bothered to pretend to care.
And now they’re siccing the goon squad on them. This could get very bad.
Congress, with its bipartisan frenzy to punish Putin for invading Ukraine before he has actually done so, is not helping. If Putin is going to be punished for invading Ukraine, even if he has not done so, he might as well get his money’s worth. Add in the fact that he looks weak if he doesn’t invade after sanctions have been imposed for doing so, and he will have zero to show the Russian people in exchange for the economic pain caused by the sanctions, and Congress is effectively prodding Putin to invade.
“Speak quietly and carry a big stick” is not a familiar concept in DC these days.

If you challenge the regime to the point that they believe they are in danger, they will squash you like a bug unless you have a plan to win and carry it out.
The trucker protests in Canada have shaken the regime, now the truckers have to double down or quit the field, because, yes, you can bet the police are going to go house to house and arrest people who help. or who are suspected of helping, the truckers - and in Canada in February, they can send them far, far away to places that are very, very cold.
As laid back and pacifist as Canadians are, it will be a certainty they come out to meet this action with forceful reaction.
