Didn’t know someone bought for him the Magnum P.I. Property. What a shame.
Who buys ocean property and then installs two pools? What’s wrong with the ocean?
Bozo looks like an unkept angry housewife.

Lots of people do. The water isn’t salt. It doesn’t have the incessant wave action. Sometimes ocean pollution comes up close, for example, a dive buddy and I were swimming on our backs to shore. She ran into a dead cat. Anybody can swim anywhere in the ocean, I think. A pool is private.

I wouldn’t do it; I love the ocean, but those are a few reasons.

Notice from one of the the overhead images that is also has an artificial reef/jetty which creates a calm swimming lagoon. So, he has two freshwater pools and one seawater pool.

A lot of thise beachside pools fill up with ocean water. That’s big in Australia, in fact the first salty pool I swam in was an Australian military pool in Penang Malaysia.

Who buys ocean property when they are "convinced" climate change will wipe it out?

How DARE he use an existing LAW to legally do something!

Scandoulous!!

In 2020 it was revealed how the buyer of the three-acre plot of land used a planning loophole to preserve a century-old sea wall on the beachfront, much to the annoyance of neighbors and environmentalists

Our Glorious Leader The One will never deign to go to what little beach remains outside of the walls of his Hawaiian beach estate. The little people are there. He simply wants to be able to look down upon them from his pools.
