Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) says he plans to subpoena Anthony Fauci's records if Republicans retake the Senate in November's midterm elections and he becomes chairman of a committee.
Paul stands to become chairman of the Senate Health, Education, Labor & Pensions (HELP) Committee if Republicans flip the 50-50 upper chamber. The current HELP ranking member, Sen. Richard Burr (R-N.C.), is retiring.
"If we win in November, if I'm chairman of a committee, if I have subpoena power, we'll go after every one of [Fauci's] records," Paul said during an interview with conservative podcast host Lisa Boothe. "We'll have an investigator go through this piece-by-piece because we don't need this to happen again."
During congressional hearings, Paul, a libertarian ophthalmologist, has repeatedly antagonized the nation's top infectious diseases doctor over the benefits of masks, vaccinations and the origins of COVID-19.
Paul has alleged on numerous occasions that Fauci and the National Institutes of Health (NIH) sent funding to the Wuhan, China virology lab, which then created a supervirus that can infect human cells. He has pressed Fauci on the theory that the novel coronavirus was created in the Wuhan lab, and then somehow escaped, either because of an accident or because it was deliberately released.
While the origins of the virus are not known and under investigation, there is little evidence to suggest it was created in a lab, or with funding help from the NIH and Fauci.
Chairman Paul will be a badass...

Most scientists believe it came from a lab, it has sequences never seen before in Nature, and we now know about Fauci’s e-mails trying to deliberately push the market theory to please his Chinese masters

Rand Paul is pretty much my favorite senator.
Fauci and Collins will never admit they funded gain of function research at a Chinese Bioweapons lab. If these two certified US officials admit they did this then the US bears liability for this pandemic as well as China. Aggrieved individuals and groups can then seek redress against American assets especially in foreign courts and conceivably confiscate bank deposits and property. World trade would come to a halt. Also if they ever did admit they lied or were proved to lie under oath they would face criminal prosecution. That prosecution would happen if the Biden cabal that controls the corrupt Department of Justice eventually needed a scapegoat.
I notice that Fauci is keeping a low profile lately.
If there are any investigations, keep Lindsey Graham as far away from them as possible. He’s working for the other side.

We need to have the Nuremberg Trials. Arrest Dr. Fauci and Dr. Collins and then try them in Guantánamo Bay, Cuba. It is looking likely we will have 1,000,000 deaths by March 2022. If NIH did contribute funds for gain of function research at the Wuhan lab, then yes, it is somewhat our fault that the "pandemic" happened.

But will Hunter be held accountable? I think that Joe deserves a more extensive investigation than his son does. Joe is living a life close to high treason considering the affair with our open borders. If this were to happen in Russia there would be a revolution. I am surprised that Texans have not fired their AR-15s in a southerly direction. Are they not allowed to defend themselves against intruders?
The Democrats have refused to have any investigation into the largest pandemic to hit the world since 1918.
That should be a campaign issue by any Republican.
Most documents and information will be “lost” before the GOP takes over the House and Senate. Watch for an FBI investigation that helps make the incriminating evidence disappear.
